- Research Interests: My research interests include computational modeling of biological systems including developmental pathways, neural circuits, and the elements of structural biology, especially the relationship between protein structure and function. I am currently involved in Master’s research towards characterization of cis-acting elements in Arabidopsis thaliana using computational and molecular methods. In computational biology, I am interested in the development of algorithms for use in comparison of protein structures and other biomolecules.
